Rajinikanth pays tribute to K Balachander
Superstar Rajinikanth paid tribute to his guru, Director K Balachander who died last night. Speaking to the media, the superstar said KB sir's death is a loss to to entire world of arts. For me, he is not only my guru but like my father who guided me. He was a god who lived in front of me. He has always seen me as his son and not as an actor. His loss today makes me feel like I have lost myself. I cannot express my grief in words. We can never see another KB sir in this world. I pray God to rest his soul in peace.
He spent more than an hour with the family of K Balachander. It was K Balachander who introduced Rajinikanth in his film Apporva Raagangal in the year 1975.
