The magic of Salman Khan has once again worked wonders at the box office.

The first-day collections itself of Bajrangi Bhaijaan have broken the record of Salman Khan's last year's release, Kick, and Aamir Khan's, PK. With the three day figure, Bajrangi Bhaijaan has broken the weekend record of Aamir's Dhoom 3 (Hindi version), as per a report on Boxofficeindia.com. Bajrangi Bhaijaan also set a new record on the second Saturday, as the film made approximately Rs 19 crore nett, breaking the previous record held by PK which had grossed around Rs 17.25 crore nett.

This Kabir Khan directorial is also closing in on the Rs 500 crore mark in worldwide business, with the movie looking to make Rs 127 crore after two weeks (overseas market) and the business in India will be Rs 368 crore in terms of gross box office, as per a report on Boxofficeindia.com.

Further to reports, Bajrangi Bhaijaan made approximately Rs 4 crore on its third Friday and Rs 6.5 crore on its third Saturday. The business of the film continues to be rock solid in its third week. After 17 days, the film's collections stand at Rs 289 crore nett.
